Salmon Wraps
For each wrap you need:
- 1 flour wrap
- 1 tsp mustard Dijon
- 3 baby spinach leaves, blanched
- 2 pieces of Norwegian salmon, sliced
- A handfull of bell peppers, sliced
Layer each ingredient in the wrap. Roll up and cut in half diagonally.
Serve with chesse or mayonnaise dip.
